The Bedminster Recreation and Parks department operates 5 parks & facilities throughout town, covering 34 acres. Regardless of how you and your family like to stay active and spend time outdoors, there is a great facility for you to use in Bedminster. Burnt Mills Park (Burnt Mills Road) offers baseball fields,  soccer/lacrosse fields, playground, dog park, and hiking and biking trails. Miller Lane Park (One Miller Lane) has baseball and softball fields, a soccer/lacrosse field, playground, hiking and biking trails, and fishing area. Pluckemin School House Park (2020 Burnt Mills Road) has baseball and softball fields, basketball courts, volleyball courts, picnic areas with barbeque grills, and a playground. River Road Park (River Road & Routes 202/206) has baseball and softball fields, soccer/lacrosse fields, and dog park. The Robert Stahl Natural Area, located within the park, offers great opportunities to explore and observe the natural landscape and wildlife along the hiking and biking trails. The community of Bedminster is served by Bedminster Township School District. Students in prekindergarten through 8th grade attend Bedminster Township Public School (204 Somerville Road). Through a sending/receiving agreement between Bedminster Township and the Somerset Hills School District, students in grades 9 through 12 attend Bernards High School (25 Olcott Avenue) in nearby Bernardsville. Both of these schools are recognized for their academic excellence and extracurricular offerings.
