Natirar Park covers 124 acres within northern Far Hills as well as 280 acres in neighboring townships. There are over 2 miles of trails for visitors to bike, horseback ride, walk, or jog. Located just south of Far Hills, the New Jersey National Golf Club (579 Allen Road, Basking Ridge) is a stunning private golf club featuring a championship 18-hole course.

Somerset Hills School District educates the students in Far Hills. There are 3 schools within this district for students in pre-kindergarten through 12th grade, including Bedwell Elementary School (141 Seney Drive), Bernardsville Middle School (141 Seney Drive), and Bernards High School (25 Olcott Avenue). Far Hills Train Station (Route 202) operates NJ Transit’s Gladstone Branch, providing residents with the opportunity to commute all the way to Newark and Hoboken without the use of their cars. Far Hills residents needing to travel farther, whether for business or pleasure, can reach Newark Liberty International Airport (3 Brewster Road, Newark) within 40 minutes.
